WP 6.1 - Adding the Sign-It!
Command to Additional Toolbars
Issue:
The Sign-It! WordPerfect 6.1 macro
installation inserts a Sign-It! icon into the standard WP6.1
toolbar. Some users have customized their own toolbars and would
like the Sign-It! command available in additional toolbars.
Solution:
The Sign-It! macro for WP 6.1
installs: the Sign-It! Macro, a modified MenuBar with the
Sign-It! macro command, and a modified Toolbar with the Sign-It!
command. Once these basic features are installed one can easily
add the Sign-It! command to additional menus or toolbars.
To add the Sign-It! command to a
toolbar:
- Install the Sign-It! macro in
WP 6.1 as detailed in the Getting Started instructions.
- From a blank document screen,
click on the Edit Menu and select Preferences.
- To modify a toolbar, double
click on the toolbar icon.
- From the list of available
toolbars, select the toolbar in which you wish to add the
Sign-It! command. If you have created your own customized
toolbar, select that toolbar and click EDIT.
- Select Play a Macro and
then click on Add Template Macro. The Sign-It!
macro is a macro stored in the standard.wpt template, it
is not a file macro. The Sign-It! macro is listed in the
bottom box, select Sign-It! and click on Select.
The Sign-It! Icon appears at the end of the edited
toolbar. To move the icon to another position, use the
mouse to click on the icon, hold the mouse button down,
drag the icon to the desired position and release the
mouse button.
- Click OK to finish
editing the toolbar. Click Close or Select
(if you wish to select the toolbar as your default) to
finish editing toolbar preferences. Click Close to
finish editing preferences.
