Using Multiple Signatures

Issue:

Is there any way to easily select other variants of my signature or another signature font?

Explanation:

The current version of Sign-It! only allows one signature to be set as a default. In the future we do plan to implement easier methods to select other signatures. Currently, the best method is to select the most often used signature as the default. Then when you wish to insert a different signature, insert the signature (default), then change the inserted signature to the desired signature by:

1. Double click on the signature. Sign-It! will appear by replacing the menu and toolbars in your application.
2. In the Sign-It! window the most frequently used commands are available as icons in the toolbar. Click on the Pencil Drawing "A" icon which edits the properties of only the currently inserted signature.
3. The Edit Default dialog box appears which allows complete editing of the entire signature block.
4. Change the character in the Font String field to select another signature within your signature font. Or to change to another signature font, click on Signature Font to bring up the Font Dialog box. This dialog log box allows you to specify the point size, signature font and color of your signature. You may type in values if the size is not listed. Click OK when finished.
5. Once you are satisfied with the changes to the default signature properties click on OK to close the Edit Default dialog box. Click outside the signature to return to your original application.
