Sign-It! Signature Server
Inserting and Editing Features
The Sign-It! Signature Server
intelligently manages the insertion of your signature into
documents. The Sign-It! Signature Server greatly simplifies the
process by remembering all the necessary signature font information.
When you need to sign a document simply use the Insert Object
command in your Windows application and pick Apropos' Sign-It! and
you are done. The steps to sign a document are the same for all
Windows Applications (virtually all applications support OLE).
Sign-It! also includes macros
for popular word processing packages to further simplify the
insertion of your Sign-It! signature.
The
Sign-It! Signature Server provides:

Easy
insertion of signature
Default signature configuration is stored and at a
single button click the complete signature is inserted into the
document.

Easy
editing of signature
Once a signature is inserted, double clicking on the signature
brings up the Sign-It! Signature Server for quick and easy
modifications to the signature.

Custom
title block
Up to three lines of Title Block text (e.g. name,
title, company) can be entered beneath the signature.

Signature
security
The signature security feature controls the use of the Sign-It!
Signature Server via password control. Also, each Sign-It!
signature embeds a security identifier which can be later
verified for proper authorized use of the Sign-It! signature
